Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Engagements are confirmed only through written agreement, invoice, or payment request.
Payments
Payments for services are made via:
- Secure online payment links issued directly to clients
- Bank transfer to a UK business account
Payment links may be sent by email or included on invoices. All electronic payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice or payment request. Services may commence upon receipt of payment or as contractually agreed.
Refunds & Cancellations
Consultancy services are bespoke in nature.
- Fees for services already delivered or commenced are non-refundable
- Fees for services not yet started may be refunded or credited at our discretion, subject to written agreement
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule services must notify us as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply to reflect work completed, time reserved, or costs incurred.
